Autumn style pre Christmas Dinner Party with Bacco Wines

With christmas around the corner, this is the best time of the year to throw a stunning dinner party – or to cook up a few delicious dishes. Inspiration taken from autumn: warm or cold. We embark on a celebration of this season with easy to make dishes and delicious wines to pair. All set to impress your family & friends or just have an amazing meal!!

We asked Daan from @wineandcooking to give us his recommendation for an Autumn style pre Christmas Dinner Party, paired with delicious wines from Bacco Wines.

Autumn in Singapore is still hot. But we tried to find inspiration from either colder places or take a twist on typical winter flavours in a hot climate. Wet markets have amazing chinese mushrooms that remind you of brown European mushrooms. Garlic, leeks, and radish are widely available. Fresh asian herbs like Thai basil, and lime leafs help us to give it that Asian twist.

All set for a killer dinner party with our individual dishes that are easy to make. Better yet – they are delicious and beautiful. You’ll definitely impress your guests. Now, imagine pairing these dishes with beautiful Italian organic wines?

Surprising organic wines selected to pair with the dishes. Impress your guests by these simple yet delicious pairings. Sometimes it’s just too easy to be true. The wines are all selected to go well with the dishes, but don’t worry about drinking them without food.
The wines of this menu are surprising to drink, fruit forward and aim to get you in the festive mood! They match our light autumn style food: fresh, fruity and always complex with a good long finish!

This 4 course menu is easy to make and all dishes are individually as delicious. The dishes are focused on Autumn and trying to provide the ideal pre-xmas dinner party. Much of the prep you can do in advance, so it’s easy done when your guests arrive. Not in the mood for a 4 course dinner: all dishes are good on their own, simple to create yet delicious. Try out the wines to match and let us know what you think? For special discounts on the featured wines, please keep reading!
