Be amongst the first to savour the newly launched Inaba Tsukuba 100 Premium Sake. BAM! Restaurant is proud to host the Inaba X Bam! Sake Pairing Dinner with one of the few lady sake masters in Japan, Ms Nobuko Inaba.

Tsukuba 100 Premium Sake is made wholly by ingredients from Tsukuba ~ Gohyakumangoku rice and Mount Tsukuba well water ~ using the fukurozori (bag hanging) method where drops are collected to get the best part of the sake. Since the Edo era, Inaba Shuzou has been producing authentic traditional handcraft sake.
