Make your own Iced Tea with this brewing guide from T2
Is it me or has it been ridiculously hot in Singapore since last week? As you might know, I often cycle to work in the morning and around 8am that’s normally not a problem. The last couple of days though, even the early mornings are already steaming hot. That asks for a cold drink when I get to the office and that’s why I’m so happy to share this Iced Tea brew guide from T2 with you. No sugar, unless you want to, just cold tea in delicious flavors. It makes me love (and drink!) the brand even more!

Discover T2’s top ways to brew iced tea
The perfect recipes for those days that only a chilled sip will cool you down. Like every day in Singapore, but especially nowadays! Below I share two basic Iced Tea brews, check out T2’s website for more Iced Teas recipes, tools and inspiration.
Iced tea for two
- Fill your T2 Teamaker with ¾ hot water at the correct temperature (see below)
- Add 4 teaspoons tea of your choice and infuse for the recommended time (again, see below, or check the tea instruction on the packaging).
- Fill 2 heatproof glasses with ice and place the Teamaker on top of each glass to dispense
- Optional: Garnish with fresh fruit and serve
Iced tea for many
- Fill your 2L T2 Jug-a-lot with hot water at the correct temperature (see below)
- Add 12 – 16 teaspoons tea of your choice to the infuser and infuse for the recommended time (again, see below, or check the tea instruction on the packaging). Don’t screw the lid on tight while the liquid is hot.
