Matcha Turmeric Smoothie Bowl – a healthy recipe by T2 Tea
The summer season is coming and that means for me a craving for light and healthy dishes. Since I’ll be in Europe the next couple of weeks, my days and weeks are filled with breakfast, lunch, dinners and drinks with friends and family. All lots and lots of fun, but also quite a lot of (unhealthy) food! That means when I have a moment, I really want something light and healthy. This easy recipe from T2 Tea for a matcha and turmeric loaded smoothie bowl, topped with juicy fruit doesn’t get any healthier!
What you’ll need:
- Pinch black pepper
- 3 handfuls baby spinach
- ½ zucchini, roughly chopped
- 450 ml almond milk
How to make this recipe?
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide between 2 bowls and top with your fave toppings.
- Try coconut flakes, granola and fresh fruit.
