The Fishwives shares one of her favourite recipes: Salmon Asian Style
I’m always looking for easy, quick and healthy dinner recipes – so when I saw this post from Rebecca, founder of The Fishwives, I knew I had to have a look! Salmon is such a great and versatile ingredient – when we eat it, it’s most of the times Gravlax (see my recipe here on Vanilla Beige) or smoked salmon. This will give us a nice new dish to try out.

Delicious salmon Asian style
The recipe for this delicious salmon dish is actually from the cookbook Our Tamarama Kitchen – which is written by Rebecca’s sister. It will take you into the magical beachside suburb of Sydney’s Tamarama, where creating healthy, wholesome and delicious food is made easy. The cookbook of course features many delicious and easy recipes for family dinners or to wow your guests. Available for purchase at The Fishwives!
The salmon is served with with cucumber ribbon and a pickled red cabbage salad, both recipes are featured in her cookbook and her website as well.
Happy cooking!
